SLAC has introduced a new bodymaker model SC-8824-BM. It is designed to provide a stable, reliable production of two-piece DWI can-bodies. Its speed can reach 400 CPM. The Bodymaker SC-8824-BM uses a 610mm stroke which covers the can size from 202 to 300 with a maximum can height of 182 mm.

Introducing The newest model SLAC trimmer TR-403. With speed of 400CPM, it can couple with all kinds of bodymakers on the market and deliver quality products with extremely close tolerances. The trimmer is designed for 330ml and 500ml cans, but it can be customized to produce other kinds of can bodies. Compared to trimmers of other companies, the SLAC trimmer’s structure is simpler and offers easier maintenance and repair.

The SC-NF-2400 neck forming system, designed and manufactured by SLAC, is a high speed multiple stage machine used in the production of two piece aluminum or steel cans. The machine adopts multiple Die Necking stages to progressively reduce the diameter of the open end of a can. According to the customer production demands, supplementary stages; Flanging Stage, Base Reforming Stage, Light Tester Stage, can also be positioned after the Necking Stages. This modular design makes expansion quick and easy at a later date.
